One of my favorite 80's bands. THE CALL is possibly the most underrated band in the history of music. Adjectives that one often hears when describing THE CALL include "powerful", "moving", "indispensable", "emotional", "passionate", "spiritual", the list goes on. One thing is certain, they deserved a better fate than the one dealt to them. This band is a great combination of musicians that crafted excellent tunes.

The only song of theirs that I really paid much attention to was I Still Believe (from Reconcilled, if memory serves)

The song was remade by someone else for the Lost Boys soundtrack, but their original version is WAAAAY better.

This is how I learned of The Call, too.

However, I like the remake ....the Sax in the remake just knocks the song to a new level.
