Stratovarius is a Finnish power metal band with very heavy classical music influences. Stratovarius is one of the most influential bands to the the formation of the power metal genre.
This is a band that has had so many member changes that there are no longer any founding members left in the band. This makes no matter to me, I really enjoy the music this band puts out. To truly appreciate this band, and all the changes they have gone through, you really need to start with the first album, then proceed through the discography.
