Thanks, y'all! 
I had to work, but thankfully, it was a quiet day. I just relaxed at home afterwards, listened to some First Aid Kit, and played some UFC 3. I'm generally not a person who craves attention in "real life," but even so, it's nice to have that one day a year where people go out of their way to acknowledge you. When I was a little kid, I used to want the world for my birthday (not unlike most children), but these days, I'm not hard to please. A simple "Happy Birthday" is guaranteed to put a smile on my face.
