Gamma (not to be confused with Gammaray) is a hard rock band of Ronnie Montrose and Davey Pattison. They got together after the fallout of Montrose in 1977. This band is very underrated and unknown to most. They put out 3 albums, then went on hiatus. They reformed again in the late 1990's...- Magic

Montrose
The original Montrose lineup, consisting of Ronnie Montrose on guitar, Sammy Hagar (then known as Sam Hagar) on lead vocals, Bill Church on bass, and Denny Carmassi on drums was formed in early 1973. In late73 they released the album Montrose.- Oldhippie
