How do I get rid of the send me an email option. It’s annoying and gets mixed up with the 7 other emails I get weekly.

It's easy, just click on your user name up in the header. Then click on "preferences". Underneath the box with time zone choices, you'll see a list of options. Within that list of options, you'll find all the options that generate emails. Uncheck all the boxes that generate emails. Hope this helps, if you have any other questions, let me know. :)

If you go to the link in your email at the bottom, you'll see a link that says "want to stop receiving emails?" Or something along those lines. t'll take you right to the page you need be at. That's what I did.

Unfortunately I already did that. Alerts shouldn’t count as emails right? I still have the akerts enabled.
So you're still getting emails even with the preferences changed? That's not right,....it may be something that's needs fixing in the Admin panel, if you have all those email related boxes unchecked you should not be getting emails. One thing I can think of though,....did you log out and log back in after you made the changes?

So I followed the instructions I posted above in post #2 and I'm no longer getting emails. You shouldn't be either. Did you delete all the previous emails so that you know you're starting with a clean slate?
